Appearance: Tan skin. Skinny but muscular. Ienzo has short, black hair that is dyed with yellow streaks. His hair is always spiked up everywhere. Clothes always have neon colors, sometimes, even, glow-in-dark. Ienzo usually wears white, skinny jeans and neon yellow converses. Has a black back-pack for items and such like Ranger gear.
Personality: Very fun and outgoing. A very cocky Ranger. Enjoys all kinds of battles and capturing
Pokemon. Loves all Pokemon, but loves his Emolga even more. In his work and studies, Ienzo is really enjoyable and makes it really fun. Out of work, he is really nice and humorous. He’s very creative also. He’s always drawing and listening to music.
History: Ienzo Rai grew up in Nimbasa City learning about all kinds of electric Pokemon from Elesa, the Gym Leader of Nimbasa. When he was there he got a Pokemon named, Emolga. He found Emolga when he was 12 years old and trained it till he was 15. Then, on his 16th Birthday, his mom let him become a Pokemon Ranger. He took his Emolga, named Bolt, and left to become a Pokemon Ranger. That was his main goal, to become a Ranger. He started out as a Pokemon Trainer when he was 13 but then wanted to progress.
